• You can create a voiceinvite or voicecard and send to your friends, guests or business network.

• The service needs no extra technology . It is a simple “record your Voice/Video on the browser” feature .

• Just need to turn on your Computer's microphone , and your speakers .

• If you have web cam or video camera attached to your computer , the browser based recorder will even pick that up and you can directly record a video with your voice and send it to your guests to view.

• Your friends or business partners can view the invite , listen to your voice or watch the recorded video and respond back to you.

• After the event is over you can upload event photos ,event videos and have your friends or business partners view them.

  1. Plan the event .
  2. Select the event theme or design
  3. Enter the event details

4. Record your voice or your video(select from Video or Audio buttons)
5. Enter the email addresses of people you want to send
6. Send it

The recipients can view your invite, listen or watch the recorded message and respond.


Postevent service

Post event service offers you and your invitees to view your uploaded event videos or photos or even listen to some of the funny or important conversations during the event !!

For Photos

• Select "Less than 1 mb" if you are uploading photos which are not too huge

• Select "More than 1 Mb" if you want to upload large and bulk of Photos (Needs JRE installed)
  
  For Videos

• Select "Less than 1 mb" if you are uploading videos which are small in size (WMV format is preferred)

• Select "More than 1 mb" if you are uploading bunch of videos which are larger size(JRE needed)
  
  How to create a V-CARD - Voice card ?
  
  Send personalized cards to your guests adding your
  voice or video to a customizable card
  
  1. Select Create v-Card with audio video recording option on top Press Next

  
  2. Choose the v-card
  
  3. Turn on your computer microphone and Speakers and or your web cam or video camcorder/camera and press Next.

  
  4. Add your recording of voice or record your video

  (Select from Audio or video) .
  (No special recording software needed) .

  5. Press the Save recording button
  
  6. Preview by pressing the play button and then press next
  
  7. Enter the guest email ids you want to send to Press send to send the voice card

  8. The viewers will get a email and then can view your card and hear your voice or your personal recorded video for the card . Isn't it COOL ?
  
  9. You can come back to see who has accepted the invites
